Design your own holidays
Accommodation, ski passes, Snow Risk (rescue) insurance, ski courses, nursery, linen rental, parking and transfers from the train stations (Cluses or Thonon) and Geneva airport.
Everything will be ready at your arrival.
You will find LES GETS RESERVATION in the centre of the village (same building as the Tourism Office)

FAQ (Frequently asked questions)
1 Handing over of the keys and check in/out
Les Gets Réservation do not hand over the keys.
The owner or his/her representative will welcome you and do the check in and check out.
2 Damage deposit
Un dépôt de garantie est à verser obligatoirement au propriétaire dès votre arrivée.
Cette caution vous sera restituée après l'état des lieux selon les conditions prévues dans votre contrat.
3 Tourist tax
It is not included in the price. You have to pay it directly to the owner at your arrival.
The amount is 0.90€ / day/ person from 16 years and over.
4 Arrival and departure time
Your accommodation is generally available from 16.00 upon arrival.
You have to leave at the latest at 10.00 for the departure.
The above time is given for information.
Please check the time given by the owner on your contract or contact the owner for confirmation.
We also advise you to confirm your approximate time of arrival with the owner.
5 Options included/not included with the accommodation
Except if the contrary is mentioned in the descriptive
-included : water and electricity, blankets or duvets, pillows
-not included : end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels (except if the contrary is mentioned in the descriptive)
6 How to pick up your options
You can pick up your options (ski passes, ski courses, parking card, multi pass) at « Les Gets Réservation » desk, situated in the hall of the Tourism Office.
We do not send anything by post. Your options are ready to be picked up at our desk, except if you have reserved a stay in a hotel or accommodation managed by an estate agency. In the last two cases your options are delivered to the reception desk of the hotel or the estate agency.
7 Voucher (transfer by taxi/bus and linen rental)
You receive a voucher with practical information by e-mail 1 week before the arrival for the transfers by taxi or by bus or linen.
You have to print it and take it with you.
In the case of a transfer, the voucher is your transportation ticket. It has to be shown to the bus or taxi driver.
8 Mountain bikes
We kindly remind you that it is forbidden to enter the apartments with the bikes or to store them on the balconies.
You can reserve a bike storage place on the web site (bike storage situated in the centre of the village, in front of the Chavannes cable car).
You will find free cleaning points (water hoose) next to the cable cars of Mont Chéry and Chavannes.
9 Pets
Presence of an animal has to be indicated at the moment of the booking.
The accommodations in which animals are allowed (free of charge or with supplement) are mentioned with a special logo.
